Investing in employee health and well-being is critical to business success and longevity. In Hong Kong alone, 64% of employees suffer from workplace stress, with estimates steadily rising. In this lecture, we address factors affecting employee wellness, and discuss barriers to achieving a healthier workplace. We will share strategies that can help organizations and employees successfully achieve and maintain well-being in the workplace. Each panelist is an expert in organizational health and wellness, and each will share their unique perspective of triggers as well as mitigating factors. We will also welcome dialogue between attendees and panelists to discuss workplace wellness issues experienced in the workplace.
